Mediterranean lifestyle longevity

Her most recent project (together with a team of experts from the US, Europe and the United Kingdom), is the establishment of the Mediterranean Lifestyle Medicine Institute (MLMI).
The answers to healthy ageing
Professor Cassandra Szoeke wrote the book (Secrets of Women’s Healthy Ageing ) on age and ageing well. Based upon 30 years of longitudinal research, it’s a virtual bible on what to do now, to make your later life better. The good news is that women get better as they get older.
Preventing that leak of confidence
Specialist physiotherapist Libby Oldfield has been successfully helping women of all ages achieve their physical health goals for many years, particularly in relation to the pelvic floor. Her keen interest in the health and wellbeing of older women has resulted in developing programs, conducting classes and lecturing at the University of Melbourne.
